Indigo House Canning Class Schedule

I know it’s a full month away but the tomato and peach harvest will in full swing before we know it! I’m really looking forward to teaching canning classes again! These classes fill quickly so to sign up please click on Classes at the website www.indigohouse.us for details and registration. 

This season’s class schedule: Sunday, July 25; Thursday, Aug 5; Sunday, Aug 8; Sunday, Aug 22; Sunday, Sept 5; Thursday, Sept 16; and Thursday, Sept 30.

    I signed up fo the class this Sunday, July 25, but haven’t received information on what I need to bring or an address of your class. Can you sharer with me this information? Thanks!

    The Sept 16 and 30 classes will be tomatoes and applesauce/pie slices.

    I’m sorry to have missed your comment – class reservations are made through the CLASSES button. The class for the 8th is full but there are openings on both Thursday Sept 16th and Thursday Sept 30.
