Update on Indigo House Canning Classes
Heads up all you canner enthusiasts – my last pressure canning classes till the fall will be on Sat May 25 and on Sat June 8, 2024! Sign up now so you are prepared for summer. In this class I give a quick review of the water bath method (BWB) and then we concentrate on pressure canning using conventional stove top canners and the newest tech using an Electric Pressure Canner! Sign up and join me. Class is from 10 am t0 3 pm – jars, ingredients, and a light lunch included. $120.

Dear Leni,
Thank you again for a lovely dinner at your home last night. I was with tall Tom, Mark, and Jill. I learned so much and the food was delicious! As I mentioned last night, I want to learn how to can, and I would like to sign up for one of your canning classes. Jill also wants to participate. Do you have space for 2 people on Saturday, June 8, 2024? If so, count me in and let me know if there’s anything else I need to do to officially sign up and, of course, how to pay.
