One of the best things about being a Mom is you get pergolas!

And with a pergola you get trailing vinery – see wisteria at rear left behind the rising smoke from the grill.  And with trailing vinery you fairly quickly get summer shade.  AND with summer shade there is the perfect excuse to sit in said shade and read a book!
