Southern Sunday Dinner on a Saturday Night – Are you curious about the historic origins of southern foods? This dinner presents a variety of African American traditional foods, included in a menu reflecting the foods prepared by Southern women and men in restaurants and private homes to feed volunteers, marchers, and leaders of the 1960’s Civil Rights Movement.

CANNING CLASSES My fall pressure canning classes are great for a person who wants to expand their canning skills. This is a class that would make a welcome Holiday gift. Max class size 6 students.
