An Aztec Feast

The flavors of Mesoamerica are still on our tables today! Corn, beans, tomatoes, and chilies have nourished people for centuries—come discover how they were enjoyed in Pre-Columbian Aztec times and how they have impacted the whole world ever since.

This interactive dinner invites you to take a turn making fresh tortillas for our table while enjoying a menu inspired by these enduring ingredients. We’ll finish on a sweet note with rich Mexican hot chocolate, a traditional 18th-century dessert.

As a bonus, the entire meal is gluten-free!
